Monitors handed over enter the appropriate sorting and treatment process. We confirm the documents accompanying handover and discuss any specific company requirements in advance.

Questions about monitor collection
Can we hand over broken or faulty monitors?
Yes, we collect broken or faulty monitors from businesses, including monitors that no longer switch on or have damaged screens. Tell us what types of monitors you have and their condition in your request; you can also add photos to help us prepare for collection. If there is broken glass or other damage, mention it and our team will explain how to prepare the monitors for handover. If you have any questions, you can speak to an agent through chat.
What should we do with CRT monitors?
Yes, you can include CRT monitors in your collection request. These are older tube monitors with a bulky housing behind the screen. List them separately from flat-screen monitors and let us know if they are damaged; a photo can help us identify them. We will confirm the collection arrangements and applicable terms before scheduling collection.
Do we pay for each monitor?
No, pricing is not calculated per monitor. What matters is the total weight of the WEEE equipment handed over at the same collection address, as explained in the pricing section above. You do not need to know the exact weight to contact us: tell us the types of monitors and approximate item count, or add a few photos. These details help us estimate the weight and confirm your collection options.
Can we include computers too?
Yes, you can hand over computers, laptops, printers, cables and other electrical equipment used by your business together with the monitors. Include everything in the same request, with equipment types and approximate item counts. The total weight of the equipment handed over at the same address determines the pricing. If you are unsure what to include, send us a list or photos, or speak to an agent through chat; we will help you prepare your request.
Do you collect outside Bucharest and Ilfov?
Yes, we can arrange collections in other counties with a tailored quote. Tell us the town and county, what equipment you need collected and the approximate quantity. Include useful access details, such as the floor and whether there is a lift. We will prepare a quote based on the location and quantity. If you would like to clarify anything before requesting a quote, you can speak to an agent through chat.
What documents do you provide after collection?
The contract is signed before the first collection. At each collection, you receive original copies of the handover report and the transport documents applicable to the collection. For non-hazardous waste, the transport document is the loading/unloading form (Annex 3). After the equipment is weighed, we email you the final quantities. If your business has specific documentation requirements, mention them in your quote request or speak to an agent through chat so we can confirm which documents we can provide.
