Electronic waste collection for businesses

This WEEE collection service is for businesses and organisations handing over equipment used in their work. We do not collect from private individuals. If you are arranging a collection for a business and are unsure whether we can accept the equipment, tell us what you have in your quote request or speak to an agent through chat.

It depends on the quantity of equipment and the collection address. In Bucharest and Ilfov, collection is free for 200–500 kg of WEEE per collection address. Below 200 kg, transport costs 350 lei excluding VAT; above 500 kg, we pay you 0.70 lei/kg. For other counties, we prepare a tailored quote. You do not need to know the exact weight to contact us: send the equipment types and approximate item counts. Final quantities and commercial terms are confirmed with our representative.

Yes, you can include computers, monitors, printers and other electrical equipment used by your business in the same request. Send us a list of equipment types and approximate quantities of each. Please also mention any bulky or damaged items, or equipment that is difficult to access. These details help us assess the whole collection and confirm what we can accept and on what terms.

Yes, we can arrange collections in other counties with a tailored quote. Tell us the town and county, what equipment you need collected and the approximate quantity. Include useful access details, such as the floor and whether there is a lift. We will prepare a quote based on the location and quantity. It is fine if you do not know the exact weight. Start by sending the equipment types and approximate item counts—for example, 10 computers, 15 monitors and 2 printers. Include the collection address and mention any bulky items. This helps us assess the collection and explain your options. The contract is signed before the first collection. At each collection, you receive original copies of the handover report and the transport documents applicable to the collection. For non-hazardous waste, the transport document is the loading/unloading form (Annex 3). After the equipment is weighed, we email you the final quantities. You do not need to package the equipment. Before pickup, please disconnect it and bring it to an accessible collection point at the location you specify.
